Tomorrow’s Filmmakers, Today will connect 20 talented emerging filmmakers to the film industry in Hollywood and Mexico through an intensive program that includes seminars, visits to studios and talent agencies, and admission to all screenings and Q&A’s at the Hola Mexico Film Festival.
Past guest speakers have included Rodrigo Prieto – Academy Award Nominee for The Wolf of Wall Street, Patricia Riggen – First Mexican female director for Sony Pictures, Moises Urquidez – Well-known Mexican TV and Film Director, Michel Franco – Cannes Un Certain Regard Award winner, among others.

NOCHES DE TROVA @ CENTER FOR THE ARTS EAGLE ROCK
Join us at Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock to experience the tradition of La Peña at our monthly Noches de Trova nights of song, poetry, theatre and art, courtesy of the cultural ambassadors of Producciones TENOCH. The mission of the Peña is to provide a place for artists to present and preserve their cultural forms and invent new ones. Experience the thrilling Spanish language songs of Nueva Cancion, Latin American folk, bossa nova, blues, flamenco, cumbia and more. Featuring the three Trovadores, Esteban Leon, Jorge Negrete and Thomas Cadena with a rotating cast of guest stars such as Rafael Mendoza, Yahir Duran, Angela Roja, Andrea Zuniga, painters Isabelle Martinez, Arturo Martinez, master allebrijes maker, Jesus Sosa Calvo and more.
